Geared to accommodate such businesses as salons, spas, clinics, tattoo parlors, or any single-person business that utilizes appointments and confirmations, client files, sales register for recording services and/or product sales, with reports for analyzing sales data. Customize the display screens with 12 different color schemes. 30-DAY FREE TRIAL.

Set your standard weekly work scheduled, then customize any particular day as necessary.

View appointments for a day, or a week. Click on an existing appointment to unbook, reschedule, copy, change service, change length of time, attach a formula, add a note, or mark as "No-Show". The appointment book will also handle "double-book" appointments.

Appointment confirmations are done with the a touch of a button and are sent by email. A reply is included in this email which allow the client to indicated that they have received the confirmation. Both the "Sent" and "Received" message is posted on the appointment.

The app may be downloaded by your clients, and, based upon restrictions you set, they may view their future appointments and past product purchases. You can control which clients may use the app by issuing each client their own individual username and password which allows them access to a restricted on-line client area. You can even allow them to book their own appointments (within strict guidelines that you set individually, by client).

The Sales Register is automatically loaded with a particular clients services. You may add additional services and/or products. You may apply discounts to individual line items.
Payments may be either cash, check, credit card. If enabled, a membership points program will be included in the Sales Register. This allow clients to earn points for each purchase (parameters of which are set by you) and them use them for payment. Receipts are issued by email.

The Sales Register also include a "Returns" section in order to issue refunds or handle exchanges.

Help screens are provided throughout the app should you be unsure of how a particular screen works. In addition, you have a built-in messaging system to contact Customer Service if ever you experience a problem.

Also includes the Panther Appointments Front Desk Console which allows centralized booking for any number of users. There is no charge for this App which must be downloaded separately (the Front Desk also runs without using an app on Windows 10 laptops and desktops).
